What we collect

We collect what you type into our forms: appointment requests (name, contact details, pet and service information), listing claims, new-listing submissions, and contact messages. We also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful.

How appointment requests are shared

When you submit an appointment request on a groomer's profile, we share that request — including your name and contact details — with the groomer you selected so they can respond. That is the entire point of the form, and the consent checkbox on the form confirms it. By checking it you agree to be contacted about your request, including by that groomer, by email or phone.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't share appointment requests with anyone other than the groomer you selected.
• We don't send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in to it.

Business listings

Listing pages describe businesses, not private individuals: name, address, phone, services, and prices, seeded from public sources and improved by owner claims. Business owners can correct or remove their listing at any time.

Data retention & your choices

Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle them. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time via the contact form.

Cookies

We aim to run without invasive tracking. Analytics are aggregate and anonymous where possible. If we ever introduce advertising that changes this, this policy will be updated first.
